What can I expect from Mirrorge Osaka: Enchantry?
Get ready for a magical journey at MIRRORGE OSAKA, Osaka's state-of-the-art mixed reality facility. Using the Apple Vision Pro, you'll cast spells that transform the real-world surroundings of Umekita Park into a fantastical realm filled with enchanting flora and fauna. Whether you're a tech enthusiast or experiencing mixed reality for the first time, MIRRORGE OSAKA is the perfect place to immerse yourself in a world where reality and fantasy converge.
Where is the experience located?
The experience takes place at Plat Umekita, Osaka.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience takes place both indoor and outdoor (under a covered area outside the facility). Even in rainy weather, the outdoor portion will proceed under the shelter.
- Operation may be temporarily suspended or cancelled due to strong winds or heavy rain if sufficient safety cannot be ensured even under a roof.
- If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be contacted through the email address linked to your Fever profile; when in doubt, please, also check your spam folder.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 20 minutes in total, including around 5 minutes for preparation and 15 minutes for the actual experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
There will be no food and no beverages available on site for purchase.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking available: please use the Gran Green Osaka car park.
Do I need to arrive early to the experience?
Please arrive at the reception desk of the Mirrorge Osaka experience 5 minutes before the start of your experience. If you happen to arrive late, we will open your reserved slot to another customer.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience.
Who can access the event?
This experience only allows guests above 13 years of age. For those under 13 will be offered a simplified version of the experience on a tablet device.
Also, there are certain restrictions on who can attend the experience. The following individuals are not permitted to participate:
- Pregnant;
- Individuals under the influence of alcohol;
- Individuals with high blood pressure, poor physical condition or with neck, spinal cord, heart, or respiratory problems;
- Individuals who have experienced convulsions or consciousness disorders due to light stimulation;
- Wheelchair users or people with mobility impairments, hearing impairments, or visual impairments;
Anyone considered disruptive to other participants by staff, as well as those who are heavily intoxicated or deemed unfit for a safe experience by staff.
Please be aware of the following before participating:
- You may experience motion sickness or VR-induced discomfort;
- The experience includes intense lighting effects, loud sounds, and high-altitude visuals;
- Glasses cannot be worn during the experience. Contact lenses can be worn, but visibility may be challenging. We provide special lenses to eyeglass wearers (or those with vision below 1.0); please inform the staff of your vision for both eyes at the reception;
- Those with poor eyesight may find it difficult to see clearly;
- We are not responsible for any accidents, illnesses, or injuries that occur during the experience;
- Failure to follow staff instructions may result in denial of entry or ejection from the venue;
- Any damages caused by customer negligence may require compensation, including repair costs.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets through the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking? Can I attend the same session with my friends?
This experience is designed for groups of up to 6 people. If you're planning to come with friends, please keep in mind that you'll only be able to participate together at the same time if your group is made by 6 people or fewer.
ACCESS
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Please read Grand Green's regulations about pets and contact us in advance if you are planning to bring an assistance dog with you.
Is the venue accessible?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be accommodated in an accessible venue. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city..
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
This experience includes elements such as bright lights, loud sounds, and heights.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Please use the restrooms located in Gran Green Osaka—ask our staff on site for indications if you need help.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Unfortunately, photos are not allowed at this experience, not even with your mobile phone. However, staff members can take photos or videos of participants.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Lost and found items can be dropped off and picked up at the reception desk.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
- Those wearing hair accessories: you may be asked to remove them to properly wear the Apple Vision Pro.
- Smoking: please use the designated smoking areas within Grand Green Osaka.
